2002
• Won Daytona as crew chief of the #18 Dodge – Bobby Hamilton Racing
• June, re-joined Morgan-Dollar Motorsports and the #46 Silverado team as crew chief

2001
• Became crew chief of the #46 Acxiom/Computer Associates Silverado and driver, Dennis Setzer
• Led Morgan-Dollar Motorsports to their first win (Memphis – June)

2000
• Began season as crew chief of the #18 DANA Dodge – Bobby Hamilton Racing
• Won the first three poles of the 2000 season in the NCTS.
• First win as crew chief in the NCTS (Phoenix).
• Took over as crew chief of the #4 Kodak/Morgan-McClure of the Cup Series in July with driver Bobby Hamilton.
