Remember! When saving to your hard disk, make sure the file name matches the spot hyperlink name as illustrated above.

When you click on a spot hyperlink, typically one of two things will happen:

1. Your browser gives you the choice to "Open the File" or "Download and Save". "Open the file" allows you to listen to the file before downloading to your hard disk. "Download and Save" will take the file and save it to your hard disk. In either case, you will always want to save the Files to your hard disk.

2. Your browser automatically displays a pop-up window containing an audio player. Your player may have the option to save the spot to your hard disk under the "File" menu. If you don’t have that option, you will need to right-click on the spot hyperlink and choose the "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" to save it to your hard disk.

In very rare cases your browser may not recognize the spot hyperlink as an audio file. If this happens, you will need to download a compatible audio player in order to listen to the spot.

To Print the copy for co-op purposes:  Click <Script> to the right of the spot number.  A new browser window will open. Select the PRINT button from the menu to start printing. Close the new browser window. Repeat this process for each script file listed.
